I had the opportunity to do a full day mini engagement photo sessions for potential couples I met at the Willamette Valley Wedding Vendor Show held by the Willamette Valley Wedding Professionals. This year it was held at the Log House Garden in Keizer. If you never have been at that venue, go check it out! It’s absolutely beautiful. One of the reasons why I offer mini engagement photo sessions is that it is important that we jive together! We will be in constant communication before, during, and after your wedding, that it is important that we like each other. Go check out my post on the top 5 reasons why it’s important to do an engagement session.
Jordan and Levi are getting married at the Log House where we first met. She was able to sign up for the mini engagement photo session that I was offering at the bridal show. It happened the first week in October and it turned out to be a perfect fall day! Jordan and Levi were one of the first couples I got to shoot that day at the Deepwood Museum and Gardens . This place is one of my favorite places to shoot because it offers a variety of scenery.
How They First Met:
Jordan and Levi first met in college while working at the same restaurant.
What Are Things You Like To Do Together:
“We are a Disney Couple and love all things Disney. We love spending cozy nights at home watching movies, love trying new things and just spending time together.” – Jordan
The Spark:
“Levi and I kept running into each other while we were out with other and ended up spending a lot of time together. After spending time together as friends for a little while, Levi asked me to go on a date. We realized how many random things we have in common and couldn’t wait to see each other again. I wasn’t sure if I was ready for a relationship, but Levi waited for me, was always there for me, and made sure I knew how he felt about me. It wasn’t long before it became super obvious to me that Levi is my person and we have been together ever since. We had our 3 year anniversary in August.” -Jordan
The Proposal:
“Levi caught me completely off guard by surprising me while we were at the zoo with the elephants (I love elephants). He found a moment that was perfect for me by making his proposal a private and intimate moment between just the two of us. I loved it!” -Jordan
