Amanda’s and Justin’s intimate backyard wedding was beautiful! They had close family members and friends present to witness their union and they did this all stress-free and the way they wanted to. COVID-19 was not going to stop her day and planned the day to be quick, easy, and relaxing.

I have known Amanda’s family for years. Her brother, Andrew grew up with my son. I was so honored when they asked me to document their wedding and was so happy to do it.

We started with their first look at Deepwood Museum Estates. When we were waiting for the groom to get there, I took several pictures of Amanda sitting in the car waiting. She’s so beautiful!

Deepwood Museum

The first look was so much fun. We started near the top so she didn’t have to walk too far from the parking lot to do their first look. Deepwood Museum & Gardens is such a beautiful place to take pictures. It offers a variety of areas to do these intimate photos. If you are looking for a location to do a photoshoot, I highly recommend you checking them out! We ran around the gardens for an hour or so and had to tear myself away from taking too many more pictures. We had to get them home to actually get married. Their dad was calling and guests were arriving.

Intimate BackYard Wedding

When Amanda and Justin arrived at their parent’s house in Salem, they were greeted by family members from both sides. They were still waiting for Andrew who left to get ice for the cooler. Even though the day was absolutely gorgeous, it was a hot day and full sun was shining in Oregon. Amanda made sure the ceremony was short and sweet though and was ready to get their grub on after the ceremony. Her sister, Allison, spoke at the wedding and Amanda’s dad performed the wedding! It was so perfect!

Amanda’s and Justin’s wedding was full of love. COVID was not going to stop them from getting married and they did it in a way that was meaningful to them as a couple. A day full of close family and friends, love, and stress-free intimate backyard wedding.
